Automated Multi‑Platform Publishing Pipeline – How I Fixed the Content‑Automation Breakage
Automated Multi‑Platform Publishing Pipeline – How I Fixed the Content‑Automation... On 2026‑10‑22, a stale flag and a missing Bluesky payload caused a technical issue during our weekly auto‑publish process. The issue occurred when a generator failed to produce the Bluesky JSON payload and the metadata flags were out of sync with the actual file system state. The solution was resolved by synchronizing the generation flags, adding the missing payload, and tightening the commit flow. The pipeline now pushes to Medium, Substack, and Bluesky in a single CI run. The CI job now runs three sequential steps: Publish, Call each publisher and relies on atomic metadata updates. If any flag is not correctly represented, the process of building SaaS projects from Playa del Carmen, Mexico, will be shared as part of my Build in Public series.
