The list includes Minneapolis, where an average of $503 for flight and hotels can be explored through the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden, the Mall of America, and the Portland Saturday Market for art, crafts, and cultural events. Other affordable destinations include Orlando, where travelers can enjoy more activities than theme parks.
